Following He Eye Hospital, Shenyang, which is the first private eye hospital in northeast China, He Eye Hospital, Dalian was founded by Dr. Wei He in Dalian, the second largest city of Liaoning Province.

He Eye Hospital, Dalian is located at No.213 Southwest Road, Dalian. It has 1740 m2 area and 30 beds in total. The OPD accommodates more than 200 people.
