He Optical is a professional enterprise engaging in optometry and optical dispensing relying on He Eye Hospital. We advocated that optical is used for medical care and proper optical should be dispensed according to the prescriptions after check-ups.

The Founder of He Optical is Dr. He Xiangdong, the vice-president of He Eye Hospital, Shenyang. He redefined the concept of contact lens, founded contact-lens clinic and made sure the ten check-ups before wearing.

He Optical has professional optometrists, state-of-art optometry and processing equipments and high-qualified technicians to meet different needs of customers. He Optical was the first to pass ISO9001 in Optical Industry of Shenyang in Jan., 2003. In 2005, He Eye Hospital started the program “Vision 2020-the Right to Sight” with international PBL organizations. He Optical, as screening center of He Eye Hospital, undertook the fundamental and important task of free screening for the whole year.
