Future Plans

Plans in the next 5 years:

1. To develop and strengthen He Eye Care System, which is the first eye care system in China. To improve the scope and depth of eye care services provided by He Eye Care System.
2. To develop He Eye Hospital Shenyang into an Eye Center of Excellence which will be the first Center of Excellence in China.
3. To develop He College of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences into a quality training center which can provide comprehensive education and training for eye care personnel at different levels in northeast and other regions in China. He College of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences will be the resource to transfer and duplicate the knowledge, skill and experience of He Eye Care System to other eye centers all over China.
4. To strengthen research capacity and new ophthalmic technology application within and outside He Eye Care System.
